1. Collect ideas
The hardest part about writing anything is deciding what you want to write about. Blogs are interesting because you can use them in many ways. You can use it as a personal online magazine of some sort if you wish. You can also use it as a place to post your opinions and opinions. Just choose a tone that is similar to the one you would use when talking to your wife or a great friend. The tone should be friendly and stress-free.
3. Write your message
When you sit down to write your post, remember the tone you chose for your article. Keep the tone in mind, put your topic idea and general outline in front of you and start writing. You should keep your blog posts very short. It should contain your main point in the first sentence or two. Don’t scroll around constantly or else you risk losing the reader somewhere in the middle.
You can strive to keep your posts between 300 and 700 words in total. This might sound like a lot, but once you start writing, you’ll see that it won’t take much time to get to this point. Do not forget to write in a normal tone. Write exactly as you speak. Avoid big words that some people may stumble upon. Create simple, interesting posts for everyone to enjoy.
4. Use signature termination
End of signature is important for any blogger. You can choose to end each post with a specific quote or phrase. You can add your name below with a special code near you. It doesn’t really matter how you choose to end your post.
Make sure to choose a signature that ends with that. The signature end is a great way for regular readers to know the end of your post. It can be a comforting sight for many readers as well and make your blog look more personal.
5. Edit your work
After saying and doing all the writing, you should always edit your work. Editing isn’t always fun, but if you want your blog to be taken seriously, you should go back to your work. Look for misspelled words and other common errors. Although you don’t have to worry about grammar, you shouldn’t misspell the words. When you are sure that your text is free of errors, you can move on to the last step.
6. Submit your update
The final step to creating a blog post is to submit it to your blog. This is usually done via blogging software. There is a place where you can paste your text and click the Submit button. The program should do the rest. After submitting, visit your blog as a reader and check out the new update.
